During the creation, God said of the celestial splendor of the stars, “Let them be for signs.” The first zodiac sign, Virgo the virgin, reveals a detail that cannot specifically be attached to another virgin in mythology or in antiquity. The surrounding constellations to the north and south of it confirm that they and Virgo refer to none other than the Virgin Mary and her son, Jesus Christ.
