SHIPPING POLICY

 Dolores Press will ship to most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS or DHL for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling charges are as follows: 

Domestic shipping and handling costs will be calculated at checkout. You will have the option to choose from the rates and methods available at the time of purchase.

 International shipping and handling costs will be calculated at checkout. You will have the option to choose from the best rates and methods available at the time of purchase.

 When your order is processed, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.

The processing time for orders is usually 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

 We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 Packages undelivered by carriers and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at 1501 S. Glendale Ave. Glendale CA 91205 USA
