The Colossian church was exposed to multiple false doctrines that sounded reasonable and persuasive. The same problem is happening in today’s church. Without knowledge and wisdom, it is very easy to be misled. We must not stay ignorant. The only safeguard is to stay connected to Christ, knowing Him through the word, and to remain steadfast in our faith.
