Job was afflicted severely. He kept asking God the reason for his suffering. There is a purpose in trials of faith, but we cannot completely know what God knows. God eventually spoke to Job and brought him to understanding. Faith can be fortified in adversity, with one criterion: your fellowship with God. God is greater than our circumstances and our understanding. He has got your back, and He is in control. Trust in Him.
