Christ taught us to address God as our Father when we pray. Through Christ, we have a new relationship with God; we have the kind of access that comes from being His children, partakers in the Sonship of Christ. We are instructed to ask, to seek, and to keep knocking until He gives us what is in His will for us. Our prayers should be direct, sincere, and simple.
