It is an error to assume that all the descendants of Abraham are Jewish. The Bible says Abraham was the father of many nations, not just one. One of the seeds descending from him was the covenant line, but the descendants of that line were not always obedient to God, and they commingled with pagans. And the idea that people are Jewish by matrilineal descent is not based on God’s word.
