Micah juxtaposes the leaders in his day with the Lord of Hosts in the day when God will establish His kingdom on earth. Though some people will resist the rule of Christ during His thousand-year reign, there will also be people from many nations who will learn from Him and walk in His paths, regardless of their religious backgrounds. There will be universal peace, universal religion, and universal prosperity. We can trust God. He will not forget us nor abandon His promises.
