The Holy Spirit helps us in our human condition of weakness when we don't even know "the what" we need and should ask for in prayer. When we face a circumstance we cannot even find the words for, the Spirit understands our groanings. He helps us lift the load and carry our prayer to the Father, who knows our hearts, and Christ, who advocates for us. Romans 8:26-27.
