God's love toward us comes before we can love Him. When we do love Him, it is impossible to not simultaneously love our brethren. This agapao love, in being completed, makes us bold and drives out fear. With God's love in us, we will get tested to bring us closer to God and His care, but we will not recieve punishment from God. 1 John 4:17-18. VF-2092
