There are two separate and distinct judgements: the judgement seat of Christ, known as the "bema", for believers, and the great white throne judgment for non believers. At the judgment seat of Christ, faith will be rewarded and worthless works will be burned up. Since salvation and evil deeds are not in question here, but rather an accounting of our stewardship, this message should be a wake-up call to the lethargy of the church.
