Why do the saints and the faithful mentioned in Ephesians 1:1 need grace and peace in the next verse?  The traditional church would have you believe the saints and the faithful do not need any more perfecting.  A saint is simply someone who gives himself or herself to God; the church wants you to give yourself to them.  God puts all your sins on the cross.
