Being a Christian is not about imitating Jesus or acting the way the traditional church says one ought to act. Instead, for our faith, God implants a new life force in us. That new life force coexists with the old life force, which wants to go its own way. When the Spirit of God takes root inside of us, we become hilarious givers and we are never more spiritual than when we’re giving to God. VF-0647. © Copyright 1989
