Dr. Scott summarizes the first sentence of Romans chapter 1 with an emphasis on Satan’s target goal, being to break the connection of faith.  We are no match for the devil but greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.  He that is in us will continue in us only if we keep moving and acting in faith.  You must feed on God’s word to have faith.
