God wants to spend eternity with people who trust Him. We Christians have the Resurrection and more promises to faithe on than even Peter did when he walked on water in Matthew 14. And Jesus called him a “little faith man” and asked Peter why he doubted or literally, “why did he double think”? God’s word existed before everything that influences us existed, and God’s word will forever be, even after everything that influences us has passed away. The choice for Christians is will we take God at His word, forever settled in heaven, and let it become the compass of our lives. Matthew 14. VF-0666. © Copyright 1988
