When we are in Christ, we are as free as Jesus is and when the self-righteous ones put bondage on Jesus and criticized Him that He healed on the Sabbath and that His disciples plucked corn on the Sabbath day, He responded that He is the Lord of the Sabbath as well; in Him, we become Lord over those traditions of bondage too.  Thank God we are free!
