When Jesus asked the question, “Who touched me?” in Mark 5 and Luke 8, he was not asking about the crowd that was thronging Him. Someone had touched Him with faith and His healing power had gone forth to the woman with an issue of blood for twelve years that doctors could not heal. The disciples were not in the proper mindset to answer the question because they had become familiar with Jesus, walking and talking with Him for many days, and had forgotten the honor of being there with Him and that someone so great and smart was asking a deeper question.
