Jesus did not come on the scene teaching an ethic apart from Himself, which is unlike every other founder of religion who offered his way or his truth or his experience or his vision. Jesus put Himself at the center of the religious universe. He made how you related to Him the key to eternal life. Because of His claims, Jesus cannot be a good and wise teacher.
