We are new creatures in Christ.  As Christians we receive the deposit and seal of the Holy Spirit at salvation, but there is an ongoing process of growth and empowerment. Christ baptizes us in the Holy Spirit, which equips us to be witness of Him, to preach and teach His Word. When we let our light shine, other people who have the ability to receive His word will be drawn to us. VF-2450.
