Manasseh’s descendants eventually became identified with the United States of America, a nation founded on Christian principles and religious freedom. We have freedom as Americans, and we have spiritual freedom through Christ’s sacrifice. It is important that we remember the reason we fought for our freedoms. There needs to be a return to God for our salvation and for America’s restoration. Thank God we’re free!
