Because of the scriptures that previously promised Jesus would come from the seed of David in the flesh and would be declared the Son of God with power to raise from the dead according to the Spirit, we are given an earnest of this power when we faithe in Him. After the resurrection, Jesus was given all authority and power. With power, He sits next to the Father as our intercessor.
