We Christians become a target when we break free from this world and the prison camp it’s captured in. Paul makes it clear in Ephesians 6:12 that we are wrestling with the devil and a host of demons. The devil is not omnipotent and he has limited power, but he is more powerful than we are by ourselves. Ephesians 6:11 lets us know to put on the whole armour of God and to withstand in the evil day and when we’ve done that, Ephesians 6:13 says, “having done all, to stand”.
